The Safari Series mentioned in National Geographic Traveller
The Safari Series was delighted to have mentioned as one of only three new Kenyan lodges to visit this year, in the emminent travel magazine, National Geographic Traveller.
Journalist Emma Gregg chose The Safari Series as a new destination in Kenya and wrote some really lovely things about the camp, its staff and overall youthful vibes.

During the last couple of months, we have been focusing a lot on training with the staff in order to maintain and improve our skills and staff presence around the camp. Our most recent training was on sustainability and climate change.

… Aaaaaand we are back again. Back in lockdown I mean. We have always been here, on Lolldaiga Hills. The camp had a surge of visitors after Nairobi’s lockdown ended and we have been so busy with guests.

Are you a member of the ever-growing ‘View From My Window’ Facebook group? It has now got over 2 million members and people are posting daily pictures from their home, looking out of the window, and over what they can see from there. With posts being added from Iceland, Spain, Ghana, Thailand and more, it is encouraging to feel part of a community of people across the world who are all in the same position as us. I added a picture from our camp which got added - it wasn’t the best picture but it shows exactly what we can see here through the window of our mess tent.
